This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and include breakfast, which is a definite bonus. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with new furniture and a very modern design. The 

The hotel was quiet nice. The room was comfortable and always tidy.The only problem was to reach the underground - for about 20 minutes walking along the street:(

The staff new we were all there for the Europa League final and could not have been more accomodating to our party of 8 adults and 3 children. This hotel is ideally located for the Nordbank Arena and could be walked

Really liked it. Location worked for us. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is very very friendly. Breakfast is delicious, loads of choices and can't be beat. Noise from Kieler Strasse can't be heard through superior windows. 

The hotel was very modern and good value for the price. It's a bit basic - no phone or fridge in the room, no laundry service etc - but that was fine as I was only needing to sleep there and didn't spend much time

There are many. First, the rooms are way too small, the shower door is so small that water splashes onto the floor.To quote the modern design masters, "form does not follow functions". The hotel and staff are too strict. They advertise free wifi internet, but the staff are too strict on how and where you can use it. They want to charge for every little things that make it too annoying. A lot of the guests are foreign visitors, so this can especially feel like BAD customer service to those of us that are accustom to good service in the hospitality industry.

The staff is helpful and supportive, making sure your basic needs are met. The rooms are nicely furnished with attention to detail, and some even have a view. Additionally, the location is convenient with local cafes just a short 

Stylish atmosphere and good public transport

Woken at 5am every morning from traffic noise even on the 4th floor. The hotel is on a road with 6 lanes of busy traffic.

Direct bus to Altona station, breakfasts available as a lunch box to take away early, and accessible internet in the rooms.

Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.

I liked the atmosphere and the staff was very engaging.

The Hotel is clean, modern and has all what you need while on business travel. The room are basic but nice. Its absolute great value for money and will stay again.
